Joanna Riley President, Founder and Executive Director

Joanna is the President, Founder and Executive Director of 1-Page, and is responsible for executing 1-Page’s Strategic Development Plan. Joanna brings a proven executive management track record, recognized as a leader in marketing and strategic partnerships across the consumer and technology sectors.

Prior to launching 1-Page, Joanna was chief executive officer of Performance Advertising, responsible for building one of the United State’s leading outsourced sales and marketing firms for two Fortune 500 companies. Taking her expertise overseas to Asia, she created and executed marketing strategies for mobile applications and technology platforms, developing a keen knowledge in product execution and consumer buying. Joanna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where she was a full scholarship athlete and a USA Junior National Team rower.

Michael Shen Non-Executive Director

Mr. Shen brings a wealth of international management, capital markets and financial experience to the Board. He recently served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited (“China Taiping”), a multi-billion dollar market capitalization company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, before focusing on private investment opportunities in Asia and the United States. Prior to joining China Taiping, Michael was an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he advised clients on strategic, financing and operational matters.

James “Rusty” Rueff Non-Executive Chairman

Rusty was the CEO of SNOCAP from 2005 until the company was sold to Imeem, Inc. in April 2008. Prior to this, Rusty was executive vice president of Human Resources for Electronic Arts (EA), which at the time was the world’s largest and leading interactive entertainment software company. Prior to joining EA, Rusty held positions with the PepsiCo companies for over 10 years. He concluded his career with PepsiCo as Vice President, International Human Resources. Prior to his tenure with PepsiCo, he spent two years with the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies. In addition, he spent six years in commercial radio as an on-air personality.

Rusty holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television from Purdue University. Along with advising and angel investing in a number of companies, he currently serves on the corporate boards of Glassdoor.com, HireVue and ReThink Books (where he is also a co-founder). He is president of the Board of the San Francisco-based American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) and vice chair of The GRAMMY Foundation in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and the National Association of Recording Arts and Science (NARAS).

Joe Bosch Non-Executive Director & Chair of Remuneration and Nomination Committee

Joe Bosch brings to 1-Page his seasoned human capital management expertise building and engaging world-class recruiting and people organizations. He was most recently the executive vice president and chief human resources officer for DIRECTV, a $33 billion digital television entertainment provider. As a member of DIRECTV’s executive team, he played a key role in the successful negotiations and ultimate sale of DIRECTV to AT&T, as the company liaison to the Board’s Compensation Committee.

Prior to joining DIRECTV, Bosch was senior vice president of Human Resources for Centex Corporation, where he built a world-class human resources function that was organized to support the home builder’s business model.

Bosch’s experience also includes 12 years at Pizza Hut, Inc., a unit of YUM! Brands, Inc. He held increasingly responsible human resources and organizational development positions, and was named senior vice president, Human Resources and Chief People Officer. In the seven years he held this position, Bosch helped create a customer-driven culture based on ownership and recognition.

Virginia Malley Non-Executive Director

Virginia Malley has more than 15 years of experience on the boards of private and listed companies, market-oriented public sector agencies and not-for-profit organizations. She was formerly an executive of Macquarie Bank where she held significant risk management and regulatory functions including the role of Chief Risk Officer of Macquarie Funds Group.

In addition to 1-Page, Ms. Malley currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Perpetual Equity Investment Company Limited (ASX:PIC), serving on its Nominations & Governance and Audit & Risk Committees, Perpetual Superannuation Limited, serving on its Audit & Risk Committee, The Nature Conservation Trust of NSW, chairing its Marketing Committee, and The Clean Energy Regulator, where her major focus areas are communications and clean energy markets.

Ms. Malley is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has qualifications in arts, applied finance, law and corporate governance. As a Director, Ms. Malley will offer her knowledge of legal and environmental literacy to the Board. Ms. Malley is one of the two required Australian residents on the Board of Directors.

John Fenelly Non-Executive Director

Mr. Fennelly brings more than 30 years of operational management and human resources technology experience. Since November 2014, he has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at HireRight, a global provider of candidate due diligence services. HireRight offers flexible, tailored employment screening solutions, encompassing more than 150 different service offerings in more than 240 countries and territories, across 40,000 customers including 70% of the Fortune 100. Prior to joining HireRight, John led the global wealth management division at Thomson Reuters, where he integrated a number of businesses and drove strong organic growth.
